Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
We work hard to get your LiftSculpt™ to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all orders to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
High Demand Notice
Due to the popularity of LiftSculpt™, there are periods when delivery may extend to 7–10 business days. This is most common during major sales events and peak gifting seasons. We will always contact you proactively if your order is significantly delayed.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reship or full refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
