When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned device arrives at our warehouse, our team inspects it and processes your refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a refund confirmation email as soon as it's been issued.
From there, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Do I need to return it in perfect condition?

What if I received a damaged or faulty device?

Can I exchange for a different product instead of a refund?
We currently offer one product — the LiftSculpt™ device. If you'd prefer store credit instead of a cash refund, just let us know in your email and we'll arrange that for you instead.
I bought as a gift and the recipient doesn't want it. Are they covered?
Yes. The 30-day window for gifted orders begins from the date of delivery. Please contact us with the original order number and we'll guide you through the returns process.
