What your warranty covers

Your 6-month warranty begins from the date your LiftSculpt™ is delivered to you. It covers all manufacturing defects and device failures that occur under normal, everyday use — exactly the kind of use the device is designed for.

  • Microcurrent output stops working or becomes inconsistent
  • Metal spheres or body components fail due to a manufacturing defect
  • Device arrives damaged or faulty from the factory

  • Any defect that prevents the device from operating as intended

✕  Not covered under the warranty

  • Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, or impact
  • Water damage from submerging or excessive moisture exposure
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or attempted repair
  • Normal cosmetic wear such as light surface scratches from use
  • Damage resulting from use outside the recommended guidelines
  • Warranty claims submitted more than 6 months after delivery date

Send an email to support@myvellabeauty.com with your order number in the subject line. Include a brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

Send us a photo or short video of the issue
Attach a clear photo — or a short video if the issue is intermittent — showing the fault. This is all the evidence we need to process your claim. We'll respond within 1 business day.

We approve and ship your replacement
Once approved, your brand new LiftSculpt™ is dispatched within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email. No waiting for your return to arrive first.

Return the faulty device at your convenience
We'll send you a prepaid return label for the faulty unit. Return it whenever is convenient — there's no rush, and your replacement is already on its way.

Do I have to return the faulty device before I receive my replacement?
No. We ship your replacement first, as soon as your claim is approved. You'll receive a prepaid return label for the faulty device and can send it back at your convenience after your new one arrives.
My device arrived damaged. Is that covered?
Yes, absolutely. If your device arrived damaged from transit or from the factory, this is fully covered from day one. Email us at support@myvellabeauty.com with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement immediately.
When exactly does my 6-month warranty start?
Your warranty begins on the date your order is delivered to you — not the date you place the order. If you're unsure of your delivery date, check the tracking email we sent when your order was dispatched, or contact us and we'll confirm it for you.
I dropped my device and it stopped working. Is this covered?
Physical damage from dropping, impact, or accidents falls outside the warranty. However, if you're unsure whether your issue is physical or a manufacturing fault, please contact us and describe the situation — we'll assess it fairly.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
If you're within your first 30 days, yes — you can choose our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for a full refund instead. After 30 days, the warranty covers a free replacement device. If you'd like to discuss your options, just contact us.
Does the warranty apply to gifted orders?
Yes. The 6-month warranty applies from the delivery date regardless of whether it was a gift. The original order number is needed to process the claim — if you don't have it, contact us with the recipient's name and delivery address and we'll locate it.
My warranty expired last week. Can I still get help?
We understand that timing can be frustrating. While we cannot guarantee coverage after 6 months, we always review out-of-warranty cases individually. Email us and explain your situation — we'll do our best to support you.
