Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

You receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your payment is processed and your order enters our fulfilment queue.
Packed & dispatched — within 1–2 business days
Your LiftSculpt™ is carefully packaged and handed to our shipping carrier. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
In transit — 3–7 business days
Your order travels to you. You can track it at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. During high-demand periods this may extend to 7–10 business days.
Delivered
Your LiftSculpt™ arrives at your door. Open it up, follow the quick-start guide inside, and start your 5-minute daily ritual.

Timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, particularly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.
If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, contact us at support@myvellabeauty.com and we'll look into it right away.
High demand periods
Due to the popularity of LiftSculpt™, there are times when order volumes exceed our standard processing capacity. During these periods — which include major sales events, new launches, and peak gifting seasons — delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
We always aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed beyond the standard window, we will contact you proactively with an update. You can also reach out to us at any time and we'll give you the latest status on your order.
Shipping FAQs
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately at support@myvellabeauty.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Free shipping is available to Australia, the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe. For all other regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to refresh, particularly when a parcel passes through customs or changes carriers. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 4 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?
In the rare event that your order is lost, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please allow up to 15 business days from dispatch before reporting a parcel as lost, as deliveries can sometimes be delayed without the tracking reflecting this.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Orders within Australia, the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe are typically duty-free. For international orders outside these regions, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Can I track my order without an account?
Yes. Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link that works without needing to log in to any account. You can also enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website at any time.
